On April 7, the college delegation visited Qingdao Eastang Film & Television Technology Co., Ltd. for school-enterprise cooperation, focusing on AI film and animation production, AIGC training, and collaborative talent cultivation, and officially launched the School-Enterprise Co-constructed AI Film & Animation Production Practice Project.

During the discussion, Fu Yu, Deputy General Manager, and Zhang Fei, Training Director, introduced the company’s development in digital brand communication, film creation, animation and game production, online course development, and AIGC R&D. They highlighted talent demands and practical scenarios in AIGC fields including AI comic dramas, virtual human dramas, scriptwriting, storyboarding, video generation, editing, and dubbing.

The college’s Industry-Education Integration Service Center and School of Arts elaborated on the philosophy of “Enterprises set tasks, school and enterprise solve them together, market evaluates outcomes”, as well as the college’s efforts to align talent cultivation with real enterprise projects, post standards and advanced technologies. They also introduced how art programs keep pace with industry in curriculum and practical teaching.

The project was officially launched during the event. Dual school-enterprise supervisors led student teams into the company for on-the-job practice and participated in real production tasks. Relying on the project, both sides will carry out systematic training and practice covering the full AIGC film creation process: script analysis, character design, scene generation, storyboarding, dynamic video production and post-editing. This will enable students to improve comprehensive creative abilities and professional qualities in real working environments.

After the meeting, the delegation toured Eastang Creative Park and its production lines.

The project helps digital media art design and other majors better adapt to industrial demands, expand social services, and enhance the relevance of talent cultivation.
