Diao Hongbin, Secretary of the Party Committee 

Presides over the overall work of the Party Committee of the college.

Takes charge of Party‑building, cadre management, organization, human resources, talent development, Party conduct and clean‑government construction, and is in charge of the Organization and Human Resources Department (Faculty Work Department) and the Faculty Development Center.

Exercises interim administration over teaching, scientific research, practice and training, integration of industry and education, information‑based development, language‑and‑character work and library services, with interim jurisdiction over the Teaching Affairs Office, Scientific Research and Development Office, Industry‑Education Integration Center, Educational Information Center and the Library.

Maintains liaison with the School of Marxism, School of HospitalityManagement and School of Culinary Arts.

Han Xiqing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee & President 

Presides over the overall administrative work of the college.

Responsible for finance, audit, school‑running quality control and performance assessment, and takes charge of the Finance Office and Quality Control & Performance Assessment Office.

Exercises interim administration over confidential affairs, secrecy, letters‑and‑visits & stability maintenance, publicity and ideological work, ideology, united‑front work, international exchanges and cooperation, with interim jurisdiction over the Party Committee (President’s) Office, Publicity Department, United‑Front Work Department, and Office for International Exchanges and Cooperation (Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office).

Maintains  liaison with the School of Culture and Tourism, School of Business Administration and the Basic Teaching Department.

Jiang Lingling, Member of the Party Committee, Vice President & Chairperson of the Trade Union 

In charge of student recruitment, graduate employment, continuing education, social training, skill evaluation, trade‑union work, family planning and retired‑staff affairs, and takes charge of the Enrollment and Employment Office, School of Continuing Education and the Trade Union.

Maintains  liaison with the School of Information Engineering and Technology.

Gong Enlong, Member of the Party Committee, Vice President 

Responsible for students’ ideological‑political education, student administration, Communist Youth League work, mental‑health education, innovation and entrepreneurship education, and security‑and‑defense work, and takes charge of the Student Affairs Office, Communist Youth League Committee and Security‑and‑Defense Office (Armed Forces Department).

Maintains  liaison with the School of Arts.

Yu Honggang, Member of the Party Committee, Vice President 

Takes charge of logistics support, capital construction, state‑owned asset administration, procurement management, patriotic‑health campaigns, medical services and new‑campus planning & construction, and is in charge of the General Services Department and Capital Construction Department.

Maintains liaison with the School of Hotel Engineering.

Qiu Xinxian, Member of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection 

Presides over the overall work of the College Commission for Discipline Inspection. He is responsible for discipline‑inspection work and takes charge of the Commission for Discipline Inspection Office.

Maintains liaison with the School of Accounting.
