He stated that educational support programs for Xinjiang and Qinghai are important strategic arrangements made by the state to achieve educational equity and promote coordinated regional development. As the backbone of the college, the three outstanding teachers went to western China with professional vocational education concepts. They overcame challenges such as geographical differences and harsh living environments, and brought the practical teaching experience and skilled talents training mode of higher vocational education to remote areas. Their efforts not only filled the gap in vocational education teachers in local areas, but also lit up the hope for cultivating practical skilled talents there. Their dedication spirit of putting the collective above personal interests has set a fine example for all faculty and staff of the college.
During their volunteer teaching, the teachers made contributions to many projects such as organizing competitions, curriculum reform, research and development of regional characteristic products, and volunteer services, building a bridge for mutual exchange and learning of educational resources between the college and western regions.
He emphasized that all teachers should continue to pay attention to the paired assistance projects, maintain a high degree of consistency in the priorities and directions of work between the frontline and the rear, focus on key areas of assistance, and promote the normalization and long-term effectiveness of counterpart support.
Meanwhile, they should integrate the experience gained from volunteer teaching into daily teaching and practice, play an exemplary leading role, encourage more teachers to engage in vocational education assistance in western China, and contribute to the cultivation of skilled talents and regional revitalization.

Yang Dong, Wang Baosong and Ding Liancui respectively reported their work experiences and life insights during the volunteer teaching period. Looking back on this period of time, the teachers expressed affectionately that the volunteer teaching career has become an invaluable treasure in their lives. After returning to the college, they will bring the touching moments and growth gained from volunteer teaching back to their positions, and continue to forge ahead on the path of education.
