Recently, President Han Xiqing of the college led a delegation to Guangzhou for the initiative of visiting enterprises to expand employment opportunities. The delegation paid visits to several top-tier high-star hotels in the region, including Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou and Park Hyatt Guangzhou, aiming to strengthen in-depth school-enterprise collaboration, follow up on the internship dynamics of students, solicit industry suggestions, and empower talent cultivation.
Caring for Interns and Extending Chinese New Year Greetings

At the meeting with interns, the students shared their growth insights and practical gains from frontline positions. They stated that relying on the college’s training model that integrates systematic theoretical teaching with practical enterprise training, their professional literacy and job competence have been significantly enhanced, and they have steadily grown from workplace newcomers into capable business backbones who can take on independent responsibilities.

They pointed out that the hospitality industry’s requirements for employees’ English communication skills are constantly rising, and hoped the college would further strengthen the construction and practical empowerment of relevant courses.
