On March 11, Secretary Diao Hongbin led a delegation to visit Zaozhuang University for a special meeting aimed at further deepening bilateral cooperation and steadily advancing the articulated junior college-undergraduate training program.
During the symposium, Secretary Diao introduced the college’s history, academic strengths, and practical achievements in industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation.

Secretary Diao emphasized that the college is committed to cultivating high-caliber technical professionals who meet industry demands. The joint articulated training program with Zaozhuang University serves as a crucial approach to upgrading educational levels and optimizing talent development models. He expressed hope that both sides will strengthen communication, refine implementation plans, and ensure the program delivers tangible results for mutual benefit.

Gao Feng, Secretary of the Party Committee of Zaozhuang University, warmly welcomed the delegation and briefly outlined Zaozhuang University’s development, educational characteristics, disciplinary development, and recent accomplishments in applied talent cultivation. He noted that Zaozhuang University attaches great importance to the partnership and intends to use this opportunity to expand cooperation areas and deepen collaboration, jointly nurturing more high-quality professionals for economic and social development.
Centered on building a seamless articulation platform, the two sides held in-depth discussions. Participants fully exchanged views and reached broad consensus on aligning talent training schemes, co-developing curricula, sharing teaching resources, coordinating student management, and promoting faculty exchanges.
The two colleges will join hands to explore new models and pathways for articulated junior college-undergraduate education, striving to cultivate more applied and interdisciplinary talents with solid theoretical foundations and proficient technical skills for the province.
This meeting further consolidated and strengthened the cooperative ties between the two institutions, clarified priorities for the next phase of the articulated training program, and laid a solid foundation for broader and deeper collaboration.
