Focusing on real-world industry scenarios in tourism, cruise services, flight attendant services and elderly care, the team carried out modular intensive training, high-frequency simulations and practical drills in full accordance with the competition rules and core job competencies of each track.

This rigorous preparation honed participants’ ability to solve complex practical problems, achieving a solid transformation from knowledge acquisition to competency internalization, and a systematic improvement from skill application to innovative thinking.

We will comprehensively summarize the experience gained from the competition. It will strive to build a closed-loop education ecosystem integrating teaching, training, practice and innovation, contributing to the cultivation of more versatile hospitality management professionals who can respond flexibly to complex real-world situations, solve comprehensive problems and possess advanced professional competencies.
