The job fair for the graduates of the School of Culinary Arts was held on May 23 and this is the 2024 provincial centralized recruitment activities.
Jiang Yupeng, School President , and Jiang Lingling, Vice President,went to the site to know about the detailed understanding of the needs of enterprises and graduates employment intentions, encouraging both sides to be confident, seize the opportunity to improve the degree of intention to reach.
According to the enterprise credit rating, student feedback evaluation, the retention rate of graduates etc., 90 enterprises were carefully selected and provided 2,119 positions for students.
The students were enthusiastic, actively communicating with enterprises and submitting their resumes.
The site also set up a one-stop employment and entrepreneurship policy consulting area, graduates “one-on-one” guidance service area, innovation and entrepreneurship characteristics of the exhibition area, for the participating students to understand the development of the industry, improve career planning and personalized employment guidance and so on.
As a next step, we will deepen the guidance of career planning and promote the high quality employment of the graduates.
