We help our students’employment in an all-round way

In the internship and employment season of 2019, we implement the pre-employment strategy and carries out precise employment guidance. All kinds of employment service activities are held to help college students to find jobs in an all-round way.

1. Opening up a New Channel for Joint Promotion of Employment by Government, Enterprise and School

In conjunction with the Qingdao Municipal People's Social Bureau, We launched a monthly employment service campaign to pass on the latest employment and entrepreneurship policy to the students on campus. We applied for the setup of Qingdao University Students'Employment Service Station in order to obtain financial support from the Municipal People's Social Bureau. We also organized talks with the Ministry of Personnel and key enterprises in the new and high-tech zones and established strategic alliances for talent cooperation. Through strengthening liaison with the government and enterprises, we will actively dock with Qingdao's talent policy, encourage graduates to stay in Qingdao for employment and entrepreneurship, and serve the economic development of Qingdao.

2. Actively absorbing public employment and talent services into the campus

Relying on the employment service platform of Hismile Employment Service Station, we organize, coordinate and absorb various forces to guide public employment and talent services to the campus. We invite human resources and social security bureaus of districts and municipalities in Qingdao, human resources experts of school-enterprise cooperation units, employment instructors of universities and industries, and outstanding alumni of our college to come to the campus to provide employment guidance and services for students. Up to now, the employment service station has carried out 9 activities with the themes of labor rights protection, interview skills, alumni talk, entrepreneurship policy, career planning, cultivation of communication skills and preparation for new workers.

3. Organize and carry out recruitment activities in different levels, classifications and specialties on campus

The College has organized spring comprehensive campus recruitment fair, and carried out different recruitment fairs for excellent enterprise special, alumni enterprise and others successively.

In the future, the College will continue to carry out in-depth practical research on employment services for college students, and strive to promote higher quality employment of students in our college.
