Diao Hongbin, Secretary of the Party Committee of the college, led a team to visit five high-end hotels in Qingdao on January 7, such as Shangri-La Hotel Qingdao, Qingdao Seaview Garden Hotel, etc. The special visit aimed to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and expand employment opportunities for students.
During the visits, Diao Hongbin held in-depth and pragmatic discussions with heads of the enterprises, such as Li Xiaoyan, General Manager of Shangri-La Hotel Qingdao, Zhou Quanhong, General Manager of Qingdao Seaview Garden Hotel, Qiu Shuwen, General Manager of Hyatt Regency Qingdao Shandong Port, Zhou Hua, General Manager of Qingdao Badaguan State Guesthouse, and Qu Yingxia, General Manager of Haitian Hotel Qingdao.
Heads of all participating enterprises highly recognized the college's initiatives to actively connect with the industry and promote the coordinated development of the college and enterprises. They fully affirmed the comprehensive abilities of our interns and graduates, and expressed a strong willingness to further deepen cooperation and achieve resource sharing.

Diao Hongbin gave a detailed introduction to our running orientation, professional characteristics and talent cultivation achievements. He also focused on understanding the current operation status of the enterprises, their talent needs, as well as their expectations for students in terms of knowledge structure, professional literacy and practical ability.
Diao Hongbin stated that the college and enterprises should carry out multi-dimensional and in-depth cooperation under the general framework of enterprises raise questions, schools and enterprises jointly solve them, and the market evaluates the results.

This visit focused on industry development trends and talent demands, centered on core issues such as collaborative education, internship training and employment connection. The college and various enterprises discussed new cooperation mechanisms to support students' high-quality internships and employment.

Taking this visit as an opportunity, the college will further integrate industry demands into the entire process of talent cultivation, optimize the curriculum system, innovate teaching models, improve the internship and employment service mechanism, and strive to build a new school-enterprise cooperation ecosystem featuring collaborative education, resource sharing and win-win development.
