In his speech, Diao Hongbin fully affirmed the effectiveness of the program and expressed gratitude to the enterprise for its trust and collaboration. He pointed out that under the guidance of national strategies and the demands of industrial development, the college undertakes production projects driven by the enterprise’s real tasks. Through school-enterprise collaboration, the innovative co-answer model has been adopted for practical education. The outcomes have passed the inspection of the industry and production lines, delivering a win-win report card and forming an effective, positive-cycle closed loop for practical talent cultivation.
The college is willing to take this cooperation as a foundation, improve supporting systems and resource investment, and continuously deepen long-term cooperation with Teld in talent training and collaborative education.
Sun Youbin, Vice President of Teld New Energy Co., Ltd., expressed gratitude to the college for its strong support in the program in his speech and highly praised our efforts in practice organization, teacher-student guidance, and process management. He stated that students have grown rapidly in real positions and demonstrated excellent learning ability and execution in key processes, providing strong support for the smooth progress of the enterprise’s projects. He looks forward to further deepening cooperation in talent training and industry-university-research among both parties.

During the event, Diao Hongbin and Sun Youbin jointly unveiled the Industry-University-Research Cooperation Base. Based on the cooperation model of this work-study alternation program, the base will focus on talent training, curriculum co-construction, practical teaching, and technical collaboration to establish a more stable and long-term school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism.
Sun Youbin, Liu Xinyu, Director of Human Resources Center, and Zhu Xinsheng, Manufacturing Director of the Product Line Business Group, respectively awarded scholarships to outstanding interns who performed excellently in this work-study alternation program.

Li Wenxin, representative of outstanding interns, shared his growth and gains during the on-the-job training in the enterprise and expressed gratitude to the college for its cultivation and the enterprise for its guidance.
The event venue reviewed the implementation of the New Energy · Teld Work-Study Alternation Program through a video. Starting with the enterprise’s phased employment needs in project advancement, the program saw both the college and the enterprise co-answer around post tasks and practical conditions. Students were organized to go deep into the front line of the enterprise, participating in real production positions such as copper bar processing, cable laying, high-voltage assembly, and final assembly, exploring a project-based workshop model for school-enterprise cooperation. The implementation effect of the program has passed the evaluation of the enterprise and the market, effectively alleviating the enterprise’s phased employment pressure and significantly improving students’ post competence and professional literacy.
After the ceremony, the participants jointly visited Teld China New Energy Ecological Science and Technology Museum and the world’s first ultra-grade zero-carbon building, conducting in-depth exchanges on the operation mode of smart energy systems and the application scenarios of zero-carbon technologies.
