2024 Provincial Recruitment Activity for Boutique Tourism Industry hosted by the School of Hospitality Management was held in the college gym on April 18. A total of 223 enterprises with 9,894 positions were registered for this job fair, and 140 high-quality ones with 4,832 positions were finally selected.
During the job fair, president Jiang Yupeng, and Ms. Jiang Lingling, Trade Union chairman, participated in in-depth exchanges with the recruitment of enterprises, on the employment of college students, talent cultivation, career planning, school-enterprise cooperation, industry dynamics etc.
The School of Hospitality Management implemented a strict access mechanism for participating enterprises, examining and selecting them from the dimensions of credit rating, cooperative relationship, graduate retention rate, social responsibility, etc., to ensure that the best quality enterprises are shortlisted.
Before the job fair, the graduating classes are guided precisely through employment-themed class meetings, professional managers promoting in the classroom, internship instructors recommending, and seniors demonstrating, etc., to help high-quality employment.
Various internationally renowned hotel brands, such as Marriott, Shangri-La, Intercontinental, participated in the job fair; national hotel and catering brands, such as Huazhu Group, Shandong Culture and Tourism Hotels Group, participated in the recruitment fair.
This job fair has effectively strengthened the connection between the college and enterprises, and laid a solid foundation for students' high-quality employment.
