The college was selected to host the provincial centralized recruitment activity in 2022, according to the recent notice issued by Human Resources and Social Security Department of Shandong Province.
Among a series of campus recruitment activities of college graduates in Shandong Province, we are the only college to host the special session of tourism industry recruitment and have received a subsidy of RMB60,000.
Human Resources and Social Security Department of Shandong Province is oriented to key cities, key industries and key enterprises, focuses on serving the talent needs of the top ten industries, and organizes recruitment activities online and offline at different levels and fields, so as to achieve full coverage of fresh graduates in the province.
In recent years, the college has actively grasped the critical period of graduates' work, implemented the pre employment strategy, improved the information construction of employment work, and promoted the whole process of employment service. The implementation rate of graduates' employment has been maintained at more than 98%.
