The founding meeting of Shandong Property Management Education and Teaching Alliance(SPMETA), led by our college, was held in our college on December 12. Some experts from five vocational colleges and seven enterprises participated in the meeting.
Gong Enlong, Vice President, warmly welcomed all the distinguished guests and business representatives who participated in the founding meeting of the alliance, expressed heartfelt thanks to all friends who have given the alliance support. Five colleges and schools were conferred as union rotating president units including Shandong Industrial and Commercial College, Shandong Labor Vocational and Technical College, Dongying Vocational College, Qingdao City Management Vocational School, Seven companies like Qingdao Vanke Property Service Co., Ltd. Became members of a council.
SPMETA is jointly established by our college and 12 vocational colleges and enterprises related to property management in Shandong Province. The establishment of the Shandong Property Management Education and Teaching Alliance is to deepen the integration of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation, promote the reform and development of the property industry, university-enterprise alliance, and strive to achieve a deep cooperative relationship of resource sharing, complementary advantages, mutual sharing and common development. SPMETA can promote the innovation and development of Shandong Property Industry in an all-round way and build a platform for cooperation and exchange.
SPMETA will aim to promote the improvement of teaching quality in alliance schools and enterprise management level, optimize the allocation of vocational education resources. Relying on talent training and taking industrial development as a link, SPMETA will focus on school-enterprise cooperation to explore the mode of vocational education of property management specialty with the goal “complementary advantages, mutual benefit, low investment and high benefit”. The new mode of development will help all member units to improve and develop together in the aspects of sharing educational resources, building teachers’team and supporting education and teaching, and provide more powerful support and guarantee for the development of schools and the improvement of enterprises' competitiveness. The Secretariat of the alliance is located in our college and the members have agreed to hold an annual conference of the alliance.
