The teachers’ve got great achievement in the 12th Young Teachers Teaching Competition of Universities in Shandong Province

According to the recent announcement issued by the Department of Education of Shandong Province , the four teachers of the college who entered the final round performed well and won two first prizes and two second prizes. The number of first prizes won by the college ranked first in the province's higher vocational colleges and universities.

This year's provincial competition was officially launched in December 2024, and the whole process has gone through various stages such as college-level selection, provincial preliminary competition, and provincial final competition, with a total of 613 teachers from across the province competing together, and 242 teachers entering the final competition. Among them, 62 teachers won the first prize of the provincial competition, including 17 teachers from higher vocational colleges.

Wu Yang of Hotel Engineering College and Li Hui of Accounting College won the first prize, while Lou Shuai of Hotel Engineering College and Yu Youpeng of Basic Teaching Department won the second prize, which fully demonstrated the teaching style of our young teachers.

The college attaches great importance to the work of the competition, and fully implements the preparation strategy of ‘high-level guidance, quality revisement, full accompaniment, thoughtful service’, and has organised more than 50 times of course polishing, winter holiday training, stress test, etc., which builds an all-round growth platform for the participating teachers.
