This year marks the culmination of our college's efforts to advance the Double High-level Program, and it is also a crucial year for the college's high-quality and connotative development.
We have strengthened Party building to forge a solid ideological foundation.
The college conducted a collective study session focusing on the newly revised Communist Party of China Disciplinary Sanctions Regulations on January 12th.
We have deepened our internal construction, enhancing the quality and efficiency of education and teaching. We have fully completed the construction tasks of the Double High-level Program and successfully finished the performance evaluation. We have initiated 3 national online elite courses in vocational education. 12 majors ranked among the top 5 nationwide in the Golden Apple Ranking, with the Hotel Management and Digital Operation major cluster topping the list, marking a significant leap in our overall educational strength.

We have delved deeply into the field of vocational education, contributing reform proposals. We have led the establishment of the Shandong Vocational Colleges Digital Teaching Steering Committee and the Shandong Vocational Education Association's Digital Campus Construction Working Committee. We have collaborated with 8 undergraduate institutions to pilot 11 joint training programs, making valuable explorations for the construction of a modern vocational education system.
The founding ceremony of the Shandong Vocational Colleges Digital Teaching Steering Committee was held
at our college on December 20th, with our college's Party Secretary Li Da elected as the Chairman.
We adhere to strengthening teachers and revitalizing education, ensuring a steady flow of talented individuals. Our college has won three first prizes in the Shandong Youth Teaching Competition and four first prizes in the Shandong Teaching Ability Contest.

We insist on nurturing talent with craftsmanship, achieving remarkable results. We won two gold, two silver, and one bronze medal in the World Vocational Colleges Skills Competition, and a gold medal in the first National College Student Career Planning Competition. We have received over a hundred awards in various competitions such as the Provincial Vocational Colleges Skills Competition, Skills Prosper Shandong, and the Challenge Cup. 43 students received national and provincial government scholarships, 794 students were admitted to undergraduate institutions, and the employment rate of graduates reached 97.5%, ensuring that students have access to quality education, skills training, further education opportunities, and high-quality employment.
The finals of the 2024 World Vocational Colleges Skills Competition concluded on October 31st,
with the college winning two gold, two silver, and one bronze medals.
We adhere to innovation-driven development, continuously improving our industry-academia-research capabilities. We have led the establishment of the Qingdao Modern Commerce and Trade Circulation City-Level Industry-Education Integration Consortium within the China Pilot Free Trade Zone and the Qingdao Quality Tourism City-Level Industry-Education Integration Consortium. We have obtained approval for 11 national, provincial, and municipal scientific research and innovation platforms. We have initiated one general project of the Ministry of Education's Humanities and Social Sciences Research and one sub-project of the National Natural Science Foundation's key project, achieving a new breakthrough in national-level project approvals. Over the past year, we have insisted on serving society, continuously enhancing our service capabilities. We have continuously carried out east-west educational collaboration, initiated the establishment of the Shandong-Qinghai Vocational Education Research Alliance, provided targeted assistance to 9 vocational colleges in four provinces and autonomous regions including Xinjiang and Guizhou, and took over the entire management of the Cultural and Tourism College of Kashgar Vocational and Technical College. We have achieved social training income of RMB 15,111,700.

We adhere to an open approach to education, continuously expanding our college's influence. We have conducted over a hundred visits and exchanges with multiple domestic and international universities and been invited to participate in high-level events such as the 2024 World Vocational Education Development Conference and the World Tourism Alliance Xianghu Dialogue. A national key news media delegation investigating vocational education in Shandong visited our college, with central media outlets such as Xinhua News Agency extensively reporting on various aspects of our college's experiences and practices, continuously enhancing our college's social influence.
Li Da participated in the 2024 World Vocational and Technical Education Development Conference on November 21st.
We focus on the concerns of faculty and students, continuously improving college conditions. The construction of Phase I of the Oceantech Valley Campus has been advancing steadily. The construction of a digital, green, beautiful, and safe campus has yielded remarkable results, giving the campus a completely new look. Cultural and sports activities on campus are diverse and colorful, and the ability to manage and serve students has been continuously improved. People-oriented and attentive to details, the sense of gain, happiness, and security of faculty and students has been continuously enhanced.
