  • Enterprise managers guide career development

The managers of Crowne Plaza Qingdao and other high-quality catering enterprises were invited to teach Career Planning Pilot Class, analyzing the characteristics of the development of the catering industry, sorting out the veins of career development, and guiding students to draw a blueprint for career development.

  • Outstanding alumni share their experience in the industry

We invited four outstanding graduates from class of 1996 to 2011 who are working in cooperative enterprises to share their professional learning experiences with us. Through telling the students their experiences of studying in school and working in enterprises, they demonstrated the necessary professional skills in the industry to help the students establish their professional learning awareness of simultaneous advancement of theory and skills, and firm up their determination to work in the catering industry.

  • Enterprise masters demonstrate skill innovation

We invite the executive chefs of Shankang Hyatt Regency Qingdao and other cooperative hotels to carry out the activity of enterprise masters entering the campus. They explained the cutting-edge dynamics of the development of the catering industry, demonstrated the production of the latest research and development of dishes, which encourages students to cultivate the vocational literacy of the fusion of innovation and creativity, and to inherit and cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship.

We will deepen the strategic cooperation with catering head enterprises, and jointly explore new modes and new ideas of talent cultivation, so as to effectively improve the quality of talent cultivation and competitiveness in employment.
