A ceremony was held to welcome Wang Cong, Deputy Director of Hotel Department of Nanchong Vocational College of Culture and Tourism to the mobile station for teachers' enterprise practice on April 8.
Han Xiqing welcomed the teachers and introduced the development history of the school, school-running characteristics, cultural cultivation, as well as the typical experience and practice of the mobile station for teachers' enterprise practice work of the school.
The Teachers' Enterprise Practice Work Station was jointly established by the college and InterContinental Hotels Group, which is a base for on and off campus hotel management teachers' training and advanced training, relying on the advantages of hotel headquartered enterprises and the hotel management specialty group of the Double-High Plan.
Based on the practice of hotel industry and enterprise and the law of growth of teachers in hotel vocational education, the base develops tasks such as project design, curriculum development and workshop learning, and takes the growth of teachers as the core, and improves the teachers' professionalism and internationalization through the means of entering the station in a hierarchical way, customizing the cultivation plan, and advancing the dual-component of the school and the enterprise.
As a new teacher, Wang Cong expressed her hope that during the period of entering the station, she could conduct learning and strengthen exchanges in respect of the construction of specialties (clusters), the construction of talent cultivation mode, the design of the curriculum system, the cultivation of teachers' team, and the integration of industry and education.
The mobile station for teachers' enterprise practice is an important carrier for deepening the reform of teachers' team, cultivating high-quality double-qualification teachers, and an important platform for the cultivation of national vocational education teachers' innovation team. It has played an important role in promoting the cultivation of high-quality double-qualification teachers with international vision.
