The acceptance work of comprehensive reform for improving the quality and excellence of courses has officially started recently. The first batch of 81 courses approved will undergo full process and multi-dimensional evaluation according to the work plan.
This is the first acceptance cycle since the college launched the comprehensive reform of curriculum quality improvement and optimization, and it is also the first time that the college has designed the acceptance of curriculum projects in a three-dimensional manner and used them in classrooms.
According to the Acceptance Work Plan of Comprehensive Reform for Improving the Quality and Excellence of School Curriculum, each course team will be evaluated through five stages: preliminary review by the department, material submission, segment display, on-site defense, and comprehensive recognition. Finally, the acceptance team will make a cautious conclusion.
At present, the relevant departments and course teams of each project are actively summarizing the achievements and reporting and showcasing them. The course team actively considers and optimizes teaching design with a student-centered approach, striving to build and teach a good course, and achieving preliminary reform results.
In 2022, the college focused on the construction of the Double High-level Program and the action plan for improving quality and excellence, focusing on the goal of connotative and high-quality development, and launched a comprehensive reform of curriculum improvement and excellence.
The acceptance work is a baton for promoting the effective integration and virtuous cycle of multi-round reform projects and the school will adhere to the guidance of standards and innovatively carry out the acceptance work of this cycle.
