The establishment conference of the Industry and Education Integration Community of National Educational Tourism (IEICNET) was held in the college on April 22.
The conference reviewed and approved the community constitution, elected the first chairman unit, vice chairman unit, and secretary general unit, and held the first industry and education dialogue of national educational tourism and other activities at the same time.
This is the first community in the educational tourism industry in China. Under the guidance of government departments, led by our college, it is jointly established with 120 educational tourism colleges, industry associations, research institutes, and enterprises across the country.
The IEICNET adheres to the cooperative principle of four-way linkage between government, schools, industry and enterprises, and three-dimensional promotion of industry, academia, research, and application. By gathering industry and education resources, it carries out entrusted training, order training, and apprenticeship training, and provides job training, and continuing education for industry and enterprise employees, providing human resources and technical support for the industry.
Li Da stated that the college has made new achievements in the development of industry standards for study tour, as well as in the construction of a new career for educational tourism guides.
Wang Kunxin, Vice Chairman of the National Tourism Vocational Education Teaching Guidance Committee, congratulates the establishment of the IEICNET.
At the conference, Jiang Yupeng was elected as the chairman, and Shi Meishan, was elected as the secretary general.
Jiang Yupeng introduced the work plan of the first council from the aspects of building a community with a shared future of industry education integration, creating a new highland for cultivating educational tourism talents of the times, and creating a new ecological chain of educational talents.
The conference held a simultaneous ceremony for the awarding and unveiling of the Qingdao Primary and Middle School Student educational tourismBase and the Institute of Educational Tourism.
The first set of teaching materials for the educational tourism management and service major, as well as the donation ceremony for digital cultural and tourism practical training teaching software, were also held.
The conference also released the notice of the National educational tourismGuidance Competition.
After the establishment of the conference, the first National Dialogue on industry and education of national educational tourism was held, and renowned experts and scholars in the field of domestic research, such as Dr. Chai Yan from the China Research Institute of Educational Tourism, were invited to engage in dialogue and exchange on industry development, course research and development, and talent cultivation
A round-table dialogue event titled Future Development and Talent Cultivation of the Educational Tourism Industry and an on-site observation event of the Qingdao Marine Science and Technology Research Project were held simultaneously.
