The classes of national training program for vocationa lteachers open in our college


The national training of the 2022 vocational college teachers' quality improvement program in Shandong province was held in the academic lecture hall on February 7. 110 backbone teachers will be trained for four weeks in three programs: Higher vocational information technology application ability improvement training, Higher vocational construction information model (BIM) 1+X certificate system seed teacher training and Secondary vocational e-commerce curriculum implementation ability improvement training.

At the class opening ceremony, Li Da, the secretary of the Party Committee, introduced the basic situation of the college, as well as the school's practices and achievements in the campus information construction, professional digital transformation and upgrading, 1+X certificate system, and comprehensive reform of course quality improvement and optimization.

After the class opening ceremony, Li Da made a report entitled vocational education and teacher's professional ability development in the new era. He interpreted the context of vocational education reform and development and the important documents of vocational education, discussed the thinking of teacher's professional ability development and teacher team construction, and introduced the our experience in promoting teacher's education and teaching ability and professional practice ability construction. He also encouraged the trainees to strive to grow into high-quality double-qualified teachers and make contributions to the construction of modern vocational education system.

The implementation of this training project adopts the mode of project entrustment + team responsibility. The College of Continuing Education will coordinate the training service guarantee and entrust the Academic Affairs Office, the School of Hotel Engineering, the School of Business Administration and other departments to set up a special project operation management team.

The three programs comprehensively displayed the results of our school's teaching reform to vocational colleges across the province from different perspectives such as information construction, 1+X certificate system promotion and curriculum reform implementation, which provided a QVTCHM model and solution for the development of vocational education and teachers' professional ability in the new era.
