The final of the 2022 Youth Teaching Skills Competition ended on November 24 and three first prizes, six second prizes and five third prizes were finally selected.
In order to encourage young teachers to actively participate in teaching, guide young teachers to improve the level of classroom teaching, and connect with the 10th Shandong Provincial Youth Teaching Skills Competition in 2023, the college launched ' teaching skills competition for young teachers in early October, with 30 teachers from all schools participating.
After preliminary selection, 15 teachers finally entered the final. In the final stage, each contestant prepares a 6-hour teaching design and randomly selects one for classroom teaching.
Classroom teaching focuses on the control of teaching content, the implementation of teaching process, the design of teaching plan, language teaching and other aspects of the contestants, and requires the contestants to have a strong comprehensive ability. After the competition, the judges will give special guidance to the contestants one by one.
Young teachers are an important force of teachers, which is related to the development of the school and the future of talent training. Improving the training mechanism for young teachers, improving their professional development ability, and optimizing the institutional environment for the growth and development of young teachers are important measures taken by the college to strengthen the training of young teachers in recent years.
The Office of Academic Affairs will formulate an organizational plan for the provincial competition, form an expert team, and carry out multiple rounds of perfecting classes to help young teachers perform better in the provincial competition.
