The college was successfully selected as the second batch creation projects of Smart Education Model Zone (School), according to the recent announcement of Shandong Provincial Department of Education.
The establishment of Smart Education Model Zone (School) is an important measure for Shandong province to implement the national Internet plus Education opinion and build a high-quality education system in the new era.
In recent years, the college has taken informatization as an important starting point for its development, made overall arrangements and unified scheduling with major projects such as the Double High-level Project and the Action Plan for Quality Improvement and Excellence. We’ve established and improved the network security and informatization organization, continued to consolidate the digital infrastructure support system, actively explored the one-stop service driven by data, and vigorously promoted the mixed teaching reform.
Through continuous construction and accumulation, the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching has achieved remarkable results. The All in One Network platform handles business processes more than 90,000 times a year.
The school-based big data center is connected with the platform of vocational education smart brain of the Ministry of Education.
13 courses were rated as the online excellent courses of vocational education in Shandong Province in 2022, with the number of projects ranking first in the province.
Seven students won the first prize of the national information literacy competition and provincial special prize of higher vocational colleges.
The school has successively won the titles of Excellent School of Network Learning Space Application and Popularization, and Model School of Digital Campus Construction in Vocational Colleges, etc. Several cases were selected into the provincial and ministerial informatization case set.
