The national training project of the 2022 Guangxi Course-Post-Competition-Certificate of Civil Construction category in Higher Vocational Colleges undertaken by the college was successfully completed from November 1 to 14.
18 civil engineering teachers from Guangxi vocational education undergraduate and higher vocational colleges completed the training task and successfully completed the course after 14 days of training.
During the training, President Jiang Yupeng, as the chief expert, participated in the project report and delivered a speech, introducing the college's professional characteristics, school running advantages, training experience and project organization and preparation, and expressed that he would do his best to provide training services.
Guangxi Teachers Training Center carried out online quality monitoring on the operation of the project, and affirmed and praised the target orientation of the training project, training demand research, the design of practical courses for the integrated posts of production, teaching, research and training, scientific and reasonable teaching staff, accurate epidemic prevention and control, and warm and meticulous logistical support.
The National Training Program was applied for and organized by the School of Hotel Engineering and the School of Continuing Education. On the basis of full research, the school optimized and adjusted the teaching theme and method in combination with training needs, teachers' personalized differences and epidemic prevention and control requirements, and established a curriculum system of four modules, two sharing experiences, and ten themes. Among them, the post course financing module covers the new process and new technology sharing brought by enterprise experts, as well as the field study of the tunnel museum. The skills competition module covers the teaching of famous teachers and the actual case analysis of outstanding front-line teachers.
The training was mainly delivered by experts from undergraduate universities, higher vocational colleges and enterprises with the complementary, targeted and practical theme design.
After the training, the trainees will obtain the completion certificate and the 1Plus X building information model professional skill level teacher certificate at the same time. The college will carry out post training tracking and achievement transformation, and continue to pay attention to the personal growth of the trainees.
