The college held the opening ceremony of the 3rd session of Chinese cuisine training class of Chinese Food Culture and Chinese Culinary Arts on June 13.

At the ceremony, Han Xiqing, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the college, briefly introduced our international exchange work and thanked the teachers who taught the online cooking class in the previous two sessions. He said that the two sides have jointly created an international exchange mode of Chinese + Cooking with the help of overseas Chinese cuisine institutes, information and digital means and food as the media; It is hoped to further deepen the cooperation and exchange between the two sides. Under the coordination of Malaysia International Cultural Exchange Center, China and Malaysia will jointly promote the cooperation and exchange in catering culture and vocational education through high-level mutual visits, teachers' mutual learning, student exchanges, specialty co-construction, technical exchanges and other modes.

Chen Jiayi, the Education Coordinator of the Asian Tourism Institute of Malaysia, introduced their preparatory work to promote this training activity.

Xiao Jinping, general consultant of Malaysia International Cultural Exchange Center, expressed heartfelt thanks to all teachers who have worked hard for online teaching, and hoped that the two colleges would further carry out cooperation in skills exchange and talent training, so as to effectively realize resource sharing, complementary advantages and mutual learning between the two sides.

Wang Zhixing, vice president of School of Culinary Arts, introduced the specific course arrangement of this training. It is understood that this training will last for 10 days and will be conducted in the form of online live broadcast and self-learning from MOOK lessons.
