The opening report meeting of the 2021 Shandong Vocational Education Teaching Reform Research Project

The college held the opening report meeting in the conference room of Administrative Building on March 29. Shen Peixuan, president of Shandong Provincial Institute of Education Sciences, and four other experts were invited to form an expert group to guide the opening reports online.

President Jiang Yupeng expressed sincere thanks for the guidance of the expert group and introduced the research status of school teaching reform. He pointed out that the college attached great importance to the teaching and research work of vocational education, continuously established and improved the management system and mechanism of teaching research and teaching reform, and gave strong support in policies and funds, which effectively ensured the high-standard implementation and completion of teaching research and reform projects.

At the meeting, the experts listened to the opening reports of five provincial education reform projects, fully affirmed each project, and put forward targeted guidance and implementation suggestions one by one. 

The experts pointed out that the project of teaching reform should grasp the new height of the development of vocational education and pay attention to improving the level of theoretical research. We should adhere to the problem orientation and focus on the real problems in the teaching process. We should focus on the main line of talent training and give full play to the role of teaching research in promoting teaching reform. 

The expert group believes that the five provincial teaching reform topics of the college have a sufficient research foundation and the research scheme is feasible, and agrees to carry out the research according to the plan.

Vice president Zhang Zongguo said that all project teams should fully absorb expert opinions and suggestions, continue to improve research methods and contents, and ensure high-quality completion of research objectives and tasks.

We should take the construction of provincial teaching reform projects as an opportunity to focus the subject research on school teaching reform, strive to obtain research results with high popularization and application value and practical significance, and form replicable and popularized application-oriented teaching reform experience.
