Leading students to enjoy "cloud fitness" in Physical Education

During the online teaching, the physical education classes of the Basic Teaching Department aim to keep fit and fight against the epidemic. Relying on flexible teaching methods, it leads students to overcome the epidemic situation and meet the future with healthy physique and positive attitude.

In order to ensure the physical and mental health of students during the closed management of the campus, physical education teachers actively guide students to establish a correct outlook on sports, adhere to the educational concept of taking students' health as the focus. Some backbone teachers recorded cloud exercise videos such as Campus Easy Sports and Baduanjin Exercise, and advocated students to use their spare time to carry out scientific physical exercise.

Physical education teachers combine their class characteristics, overcome the difficulties of limited online teaching space, interact with students by relying on online courses such as fitness starting line, and guide students to carry out push ups, sit ups, flat support, dumbbell flexion and other sports in the dormitory.

Teachers use information-based teaching means to innovate through software assistance, effectively combine sports and interest, organize students to punch in daily sports, and monitor students' sports.

The student is doing sports by taping the local materials of cloud sports.  

The scientific sports program let students have a relaxed and energetic experience and also greatly alleviates the visual fatigue caused by students' online learning, helps students eliminate anxiety and forge stronger will and healthier physique, and helps scientific epidemic prevention with full enthusiasm.
