We held a teaching training for young teachers to improve their teaching skills on March 25. Professor Liu Yuanyi of Shandong University of technology was invited to conduct training guidance and special lectures for four players in the second round of Teaching Competition of College Young Teachers in Shandong Province.
Four teachers such as Ms.Yu Jinru, Ms.Yang Xiaotong, Ms.Gao Lin and Ms.Guo Jinqian gave lectures on the spot. Professor Liu gave guidance to the problems existing in the teaching sections, and put forward suggestions on the format and content of teaching materials such as teaching design and courseware.
Professor Liu also gave a lecture on the topic of Based on the Teaching Competition of Young Teachers in Colleges, improving teachers' teaching ability. He explained in detail how to prepare for the Competition and how young teachers can have a good lesson. He pointed out that the competition is based on the classroom teaching, which is the teaching achievement of teachers' long-term teaching accumulation.
The Competition aims to temper the basic teaching skills of young teachers in colleges and universities, create a high-quality and professional young teachers team, and promote the development of higher education. It is hoped that young teachers can actively carry out teaching exploration and improve teaching quality, and that our competitors can highlight their own advantages and achieve good results.
