The seminar of TTT(Teachers, Teaching materials and teaching methods) Reform Alliance of Shandong Vocational Colleges and on-site results exhibition were held in our college on December 24, which is the first on-site results exhibition exchange meeting since the establishment of the alliance.
Mr. Jiang Yupeng, President of the college, delivered a speech on behalf of the president unit. He analyzed the TTT reform from four aspects: new form, new economy, new technology and new culture. He proposed that the TTT reform should be understood in the new form of social and economic development in the new era, reflecting the political attribute of vocational education and the cross-border development of vocational education. It should also be understood in the context of new technological change and cultural integration and macro education development to reflect the technical characteristics of vocational education and the cultural attributes of vocational education. Mr. Jiang Yupeng hopes that all units can learn from each other, go hand in hand, rely on the platform of the TTT reform alliance, seize the historical opportunity of the great development of vocational education, cultivate opportunities, open up new situations, and contribute to the development of vocational education.
In order to implement the action plan of improving quality and cultivating excellence in vocational education (2020-2023) and carry out the TTT reform action of vocational education, the alliance will promote excellent case display and exchange as the starting point to carry out mutual learning, form a long-term mechanism of reform, exchange, application. So that it will lead Shandong vocational colleges to break through, pilot first, and cultivate more outstanding achievements to support for reform and lead the development.
At the meeting, six units such as Zibo Vocational College, Rizhao Vocational and Technical College, talked about the ideas, reform and effectiveness, and carried out case analysis and experience sharing from different levels of the reform.
During the meeting, the participating experts and representatives visited the training center of the Dept. of Hotel Management, the Training Center of the Dept. of Business and Culinary Arts. And they spoke highly of the school running conditions, reform concept and effectiveness of the college.
