The competition was officially launched at the beginning of November. 25. Young teachers were selected by the departments to enter the preliminary competition. They made a comprehensive evaluation of classroom teaching in the form of on-the-spot lectures, and comprehensively assessed the teaching content, organization and teaching style of young teachers. For the deep connection between the final competition system and the provincial competition system, the contestants need to prepare the contents of four teaching sections. 20 minutes of on-site teaching is conducted for this section which is selected 20 minutes before the competition.
The teaching competition of young teachers is an important carrier for the college to exercise the basic teaching skills of young teachers and strengthen the training of young teachers. In the next step, the Academic Affairs Office will formulate a provincial competition organization plan, set up an expert team, and carry out multiple rounds of grinding classes to help young teachers improve better.
