In order to improve the teaching ability of young teachers, the college organized demonstration classes which lasted for two weeks and seven full-time teachers who joined our college in 2019 gave interesting lectures, and nearly 20 young teachers participated in the activity.
Demonstration classes lasted for two weeks and seven full-time teachers who joined our college in 2019 gave interesting lectures, and nearly 20 young teachers participated in the activity. The lecturer attached great importance to this public show, carefully designed and carefully prepared lessons, showing their own style and characteristics in teaching. Li Qian, Guo Qianqian and Wang XianMei showed enthusiastic,friendly and natural teaching attitude; the teaching contents of teachers Meng Weiwei and Li Hui fully reflect the characteristics of vocational education, and the teaching activities highly embody task leading and teaching combined practice ; Sun Xiaohong and Jiang Xuechen have accurate teaching orientation and reasonable teaching design. Each demonstration class can complete the task of classroom teaching with high quality, mobilize the enthusiasm of students' active learning and active participation to varying degrees, and is highly praised by teachers.
The training of young teachers is a systematic project jointly launched by the Academic Affairs Office, the Office of Quality Control and Performance Appraisal. It is also an effective way to build a learning exchange platform for young teachers and improve their teaching level.
