The opening ceremony of Chinese cuisine program for Hyejeon College of South Korea was held in the training room of Chinese cuisine on September 21.
At the opening ceremony, Li Da, Secretary of the college's Party committee, expressed sincere sympathy and heartfelt thanks to the teachers of the two countries for their hard work, and introduced the general situation of the college, especially the situation since the completion and operation of the Culinary Training Building. He stressed that South Korean students could not come to China to study due to the epidemic situation, but the two schools were linked together to overcome the difficulties. After more than two months of preparatory work, the two sides continued the friendship of sister schools through Cloud to ensure the smooth progress of teaching. Li Shizhen, President of Hyejeon College of South Korea, expressed his gratitude to our Institute for its careful preparation and hoped to continue to carry out in-depth cooperation with us.
After the opening ceremony, Ding Delong, the teacher of Culinary Dept., started the first lesson of the online live broadcast course. Korean students carried out the actual operation according to the online guidance and achieved the expected effect. This is the first live broadcast of cooking Shandong Cuisine in our college to South Korea, laying the foundation for the output of curriculum standards of vocational colleges.
In the early stage, the teaching team of the Dept. of Culinary recorded standardized international courses for Hyejeon College in South Korea during the outbreak. After negotiation, the two sides studied and formulated the mixed teaching scheme. After many debugging, it met the class requirements of Hyejeon College and laid the foundation for teaching Shandong Cuisine standard overseas.
