The 1st appointment ceremony of the Professor Committee and teaching improvement meeting were held online by the Dept. of Culture and Tourism on the afternoon of March 19. Vice President Gong Enlong, Tang Wenjun, Dean of Academic Affairs Department, and all teachers of this department attended the meeting online at the same time.
At the meeting, Gong Enlong affirmed the necessity and practical significance of the establishment of the Professor Committee. The establishment of the Professor Committee is a concrete measure to actively practice the concept of democratic management and promote the scientific and democratic decision-making. He hoped that the Professor Committee could provide suggestions for the scientific development of this department and promote the steady progress and continuous innovation of various work.
Dean Tang Wenjun read out the list of the first Professors' Committee of the Departemnt, and Professor Liu Yinghua, chairman of the first professors' committee, read out the articles of association of Professors' Committee. The meeting also invited three teachers, Huahua, TianChao and kangchuande, to share typical cases of online teaching and summarize the improvement of online teaching.
