We hold the 2nd Teachers’ Teaching Ability Simulation Competition

We held the 2nd Teachers’ Teaching Ability Competition in the Academic Lecture Hall on December 19. Professor Chen Zhenyuan and more than 400 full-time and part-time teachers participated in the simulation competition.

The simulation competition was demonstrated by Gao Lin, Liu Yu and Huang Yuan of the Dept. of Business Administration and they showed the teaching design and simulation teaching of the award-winning work Tax reflects the original heart - Enterprise income tax calculation and declaration. They showed the complete process to the teachers on the spot and defended on the spot according to the requirements of the competition. Mrs. Huang Yuan also shared her experience on behalf of competitors.

Professor Chen Zhenyuan, former director of the Research Office of vocational education at Xiamen Academy of education and Sciences, made wonderful comments and guidance. He said that our teachers are proficient in teaching and have strong language ability. He pointed out that there are information applications in teaching, the introduction of ideological and political education is reasonable, and the teaching content and post requirements are closely combined. Finally,he put forward three suggestions: to build an optimized teaching team, to plan the most appropriate teaching content, and to use information technology to break through the key and difficult points in teaching.

During the simulation competition, awards were presented to the winners of the teaching ability competition of Vocational Colleges in Shandong Province, the 6th Teaching Ability Competition of Young Teachers in Shandong Province, the  2nd Teachers’ Teaching Ability Competition and the 7th Teaching Ability Competition of Young Teachers in school selection.

Gong Enlong congratulated all the teachers who had made outstanding achievements in the 2nd Teaching Ability Competition. He hoped that teachers should have a sense of urgency and responsibility, be brave in competition, and strive for greater achievements.
