To celebrate the 35th Teacher's Day, we held a special report on the construction of teachers'morality and style on September 5. Lv Wenqiang,top ten model teachers in China, who is a teacher of Chaoyang Middle School in Pingdu City, was invited to make a report on his remarkable deeds.
Mr. Lv Wenqiang tells touching stories about his 42 years of work, which upholds the belief of never give up and change lots of students’ destiny with his education and love. He loves his job and actively helps students in trouble with more patience and feelings. He has been doing a great job in his ordinary life, which fully demonstrates the noble virtue of people's teachers. Mr. Lv's report was touching and sincere, which inspired the teachers present. They expressed that they would take him as an example, constantly improve teachers'ethics and style, strive to do a good job in teaching, and abide by the original intention of education.

First,Teachers are the foundation of education, and teachers'morality is the soul of teachers. The majority of teachers should love their education work. Teachers should persevere in their career choices, love education, adhere to the original intention of education, adhere to the fundamental task of cultivating people for whom, who and how to cultivate people, guide students to buckle the first button of life, and help them solve problems.
Second, we must love students. Teachers should love, trust and respect every student. With the idea that everyone can become a talent, we should implement the student-centered education concept, study students'cognitive and cultivate students' sustainable development ability and sound personality.
Third, we should study teaching. The majority of teachers should go deep into the enterprise industry and cultivate the quality of teachers. We should deepen the reform of education and constantly improve the quality of education and teaching. We should carry out teaching reform in depth, improve teaching effect, and be a good teacher with faith, solid knowledge and benevolence.

Through the oath, new teachers have further enhanced their sense of professional pride, honor and mission, and strengthened their confidence and determination to strive for education and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
