On March 27, the first class upgrade training and assessment of China Eastern Airlines Shandong Branch was carried out in the air crew professional training center of our college. Ren Aidi, general manager of Cabin Service Department of China Eastern Airlines Shandong Branch, and his team accessed 30 trainees. Diao Hongbin, Vice President of the college, Shi Meishan, Vice Dean of the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management, and all the teachers of air crew attended the opening ceremony.
Diao Hongbin warmly welcomed Ren Aidi and his delegation and introduced the educational concept of school running and school-enterprise cooperation. He sincerely thanked Cabin Service Department of China Eastern Airlines Shandong Branch for its help and guidance in the construction of the static simulation cabin of Airbus A330 in the air crew professional training center. Diao Hongbin believed that the exchange and cooperation between the college and the enterprise had remarkable effect and great radiation effect, and hoped that both sides could share the same experience. With the promotion of in-depth exchanges and cooperation, mutual promotion and common development, school-enterprise co-construction and win-win cooperation will be realized, and more high-quality crew personnel will be trained and transported for China's aviation industry.
Ren Aidi thanked the college for its warm reception. He highly recognized and praised the running mode and training conditions of the air crew specialty in our college. He invited leaders, teachers and students to conduct training, observation and study, and presented the first-class upgrade training related equipment, such as the first-class dining car, to the college. He hoped that our school would rely on the advantages of running the school to develop for the crew of Eastern Airlines. Such as tea art, wine mixing and other crew literacy training courses, and said that we will actively and fully carry out guidance and help for the training, internship, employment of air crew professionals in our college to be closer to the industry, and expressed the desire to further strengthen bilateral exchanges and cooperation, complementary advantages and common development in the future.
Vocational Skills Training Base of Cabin Service Department of East Airlines Shandong Branch was launched on December 13, 2018 in the Air Crew Professional Training Center of our institute. This first-class upgrade training and assessment is the first important activity of school-enterprise cooperation. Two senior crew instructors of China Eastern Airlines trained first-class service attitude recognition, first-class service practice, first-class communication etiquette and other modules. All the teachers of air crew specialty and 66 students participated in the whole process of training and learning, which opens the way for both sides to explore and learn in the future.
