On July 3, the 2026 China Study Tour and Education Industry Expo grandly opened at the Qingdao International Conference Center. Co-hosted by multiple professional institutions, the event attracted wide participation across the cultural tourism and education sectors. As a co-organizer, our college showcased its independently developed “Six Arts of China” themed study tour series, fully demonstrating our innovative achievements in study tour education and industry-education integration.

The exhibited study tour products and supporting cultural and creative teaching aids were jointly developed with leading industrial enterprises, embodying the talent cultivation philosophy of “enterprise-oriented demand, college-enterprise collaborative development, and market-oriented evaluation”. At the exhibition, teachers and students presented course roadshows, cultural creativity promotions and interactive teaching demonstrations, displaying the college’s strengths in curriculum development, activity planning and teaching aid design. The booth attracted numerous visitors, and in-depth exchanges were conducted with more than 30 cultural tourism and study tour enterprises, reaching a number of preliminary cooperation intentions on talent supply and project co-construction.

President Han Xiqing visited the booth and guided the on-site work. He stressed the need to closely connect with industrial frontiers, focus on market demands, and improve students’ practical capabilities in product design, project operation and marketing, so as to continuously enhance the quality of talent training. During the expo, experts from the Chinese Academy of Educational Sciences and journalists from China Tourism Press visited our booth for investigation and interview, recognizing the college’s innovative products and fruitful achievements in industry-education integration.

Students majoring in exhibition planning and management as well as study tour management and services fully participated in core exhibition work, including investment promotion, booth arrangement, activity planning and product promotion. By engaging in real workplace scenarios, students realized seamless connection between classroom learning and professional practice. Adhering to the concept of “promoting learning and teaching through practice”, the activity effectively improved students’ professional competencies and reflected the college’s solid outcomes in cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.

The college will keep pace with the development of cultural tourism and study tour industries, further deepen industry-education integration, enrich the connotation of the “study tour +” model, promote the innovative inheritance and development of excellent traditional Chinese culture, and contribute to the in-depth integration and high-quality development of regional cultural tourism industries.
