On June 17, Wang Xuchao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Lushang Group, visited the college for inspection and guidance. He presided over a symposium, listened to the college’s work progress report, and conducted an on-site inspection of the campus’s practical training and teaching facilities.
During the inspection, Wang Xuchao fully recognized the college’s fruitful achievements in school development. He commended the college for its cohesive and pragmatic leading team, proficient and dedicated faculty, and distinctive school-running features. The college has yielded notable results in Party building, talent cultivation, and industry-education integration, providing solid support for the high-quality development of the Group’s education business sector.

First, strengthen education on correct political achievements, conduct targeted rectification, and translate learning results into institutional progress. Second, reinforce Party building leadership, improve institutional operation, optimize ideological and political work, and build a positive campus atmosphere. Third, prioritize moral education, improve the full-range ideological and political education system, and take educational outcomes as the core evaluation standard. Fourth, advance connotative development, optimize discipline layout, deepen industry-education integration and expand social services. Fifth, balance development and security, strengthen risk control, and safeguard political and campus safety.
Diao Hongbin, Secretary of the College Party Committee, delivered a work report. He noted that the college has strictly implemented Lushang Group’s deployment, integrated campus development into the Group’s strategy, and adopted targeted reforms. It has pioneered an innovative industry-education integration model to align disciplinary clusters with industrial needs. Moving forward, the college will advance political achievement education, facilitate the 15th Five-Year Plan implementation, deepen industry-education integration, and safeguard campus stability to empower the Group’s high-quality development. Wang Xuchao also inspected key training venues, praised the college’s sound training facilities and teaching achievements, and encouraged teachers and students to cultivate craftsmanship and excel in professional skills.
Additionally, Wang Xuchao inspected the campus’s key practical training venues, including the Hismile Digital Training Hotel, Intelligent Elevator Data Labeling Workshop and Shandong Cuisine Innovation Workshop. He conducted in-depth inquiries into facility configuration, curriculum design and students’ practical training implementation. He spoke highly of the college’s advanced training conditions and outstanding teaching outcomes, and encouraged faculty and students to uphold the craftsmanship spirit, polish professional competencies, and strive to cultivate first-class high-quality technical and skilled talents for social development.
