On June 5, the School of Hospitality Management held the 96th activity of Pass the Torch, Navigate with Alumni — Professional Managers into Classrooms.Pan Yungui, an outstanding alumna of the Class 2007, Hotel Management program and Learning & Development Director at Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen, returned to campus to share her experience.
Diao Hongbin, Secretary of the college Party Committee, attended the event and extended a warm welcome to the alumna. He encouraged students to follow her example, stay dedicated to their careers, seize opportunities in modern service industry, and make full use of various training platforms to become high-quality skilled talents. He stressed that alumni are valuable educational resources, and the college should further tap alumni potential to deepen the integration of industry and education. He also presented an Outstanding Alumna certificate to Pan Yungui on site.
Combining her experiences of study, career development and hotel project construction, Pan Yungui gave a vivid lecture on career positioning and personal growth, helping students establish a sound professional outlook and spark their career enthusiasm.
