The 19th College Student Chorus Competition was successfully held in the gymnasium on June 4. School leaders including Jiang Lingling, Gong Enlong, Yu Honggang and Qiu Xinxian attended the event.
The competition consisted of two parts: the school song and self-selected songs. All participating teams integrated dance, recitation, instrumental performance and other art forms, presenting the youthful spirit of students with resonant singing. The event nurtures people through art and culture, enriches aesthetic education activities and strengthens the campus cultural foundation.
After fierce competition, the School of Hospitality Management won the first prize. The School of Arts and the School of Hotel Engineering took the second prize. Five schools including the School of Culinary Arts claimed the third prize.
Representatives from relevant departments and teachers and students of all schools were present to watch the competition.
