On April 27th, the college held the admission ceremony for visiting teachers of the National Teacher Practice Work Station, welcoming two teachers, Ma Liting from Xining Urban Vocational and Technical College and Li Hanxiang from Kekedala Vocational and Technical College, to join the School of Culture and Tourism for a one-semester visit.
Diao Hongbin, Secretary of the Party Committee of the school, attended the event and extended a warm welcome to the two teachers, emphasizing that the college has thoroughly implemented the national East-West cooperation strategy, continuously deepened cooperation with western colleges and universities for a long time, and exported mature experience in many fields. He put forward three ardent expectations for the visiting teachers: first, to learn in an all-round way, break limitations, take the initiative to explore, and the college will provide full support; second, to conduct in-depth exploration, communicate with practical problems, and delve into the educational logic and concepts; third, to transform achievements with high quality, combine the learning results with the actual operation of their own schools, and form replicable practical experience.

The two visiting teachers said that they would cherish the training opportunity, focus on core areas such as professional construction and talent training, learn modestly, conduct in-depth exchanges, and strive to gain something from the study.
At the ceremony, Diao Hongbin presented admission certificates and cultural and creative souvenirs to the two teachers on behalf of the college; the two visiting teachers formed pairs with Yang Dong, person in charge of the Tourism Management major, and Wang Tingting, person in charge of the Cultural Creativity and Planning major, respectively. The participants put forward sincere suggestions and good wishes for the visiting work of the two teachers.
The admission ceremony highlights the achievements in the construction of the high-quality tourism professional group and provides an effective model for the training of vocational education teachers in the East and the West. It will further promote in-depth integration between the two sides in terms of talent training concepts, professional construction paths and curriculum reform methods, and promote the continuous improvement of the school-running quality of western vocational colleges.

The college will form a standardized workflow, constantly innovate the training model, continue to give play to the leading role of the professional group, optimize resource allocation, provide a high-quality platform for teachers from more western colleges and universities to enhance their capabilities, help the in-depth development of East-West vocational education cooperation, and jointly write a new chapter in the high-quality development of vocational education.
