The 19th Sports Meeting of the college was held in the stadium from April 27th to 28th. College leaders, all teachers, students and retired staff gathered at the venue to attend a grand sports feast.

At the opening ceremony, various teams marched neatly, and the Five-Star Red Flag rose slowly to the national anthem. Diao Hongbin, Secretary of the Party Committee, delivered a speech, emphasizing the college's implementation of the Health First educational concept and encouraging teachers and students to get out of dormitories and onto the playground. He then announced the opening of the sports meeting.

The group calisthenics performance Enjoy Sports, Build Dreams with Health showed the youthful demeanor of the students.

During the games, athletes strived hard to interpret the sports spirit of Faster, Higher, Stronger - Together. Referees enforced the rules impartially, staff dedicated silently, and the venue was filled with a warm and orderly atmosphere.

This sports meeting had prominent highlights: the on-site instant award link was added for the first time, with leaders personally presenting awards to winners; physical fitness tests were incorporated into the competition system for the first time to promote the construction of a healthy campus.

Vice President Gong Enlong presided over the opening and closing ceremonies. At the closing ceremony, Chief Referee Xia Fei announced the team total scores: the School of Hotel Engineering, School of Business Administration and School of Accounting won the top three in the student group; the Basic Department & Marxist School, School of Hospitlity Management and School of Hotel Engineering won the top three in the faculty group.

Vice President Jiang Lingling announced the list of spiritual civilization awards, and the relevant units received the awards and pennants.

President Han Xiqing delivered a closing speech, congratulating the winning groups and individuals, and hoping that teachers and students would transform the spirit of the sports field into motivation for growth.
The college will continue to deepen the reform of physical education. It is reported that this sports meeting is the largest and most participated in the college's history, with 2,140 teachers and students participating in 65 events and nearly 740 person-times winning awards.
