On April 16, the Job Choice in Shandong Spring Job Fair hosted by the School of Hotel Management was successfully held in the gymnasium. President Han Xiqing and Vice President Jiang Lingling, attended and provided guidance.

More than 230 enterprises applied to participate in the job fair. Based on majors, previous graduates’ employment trends and corporate demands, the School of Hotel Management finally selected 172 high-quality enterprises, offering over 3,000 job vacancies.
The recruitment fair brought together top international luxury hotel brands including Marriott, Hyatt, InterContinental, Shangri-La, Mandarin Oriental, Kempinski and Four Seasons; state-owned enterprises such as Shandong Culture & Tourism Hotel Group and Qingdao Guoxin Group; high-end catering enterprises like Shandong Shunhe; well-known catering brands including Xijiade, Holiland, Shunxinglou and Pizza Hut; leading homestay brands such as Qingdao Pusuwu and Feiniaoji; health and wellness enterprises including Baifu Ankang, as well as many renowned cruise lines and inflight service agencies.

To effectively improve the quality of student employment, the School of Hotel Management has established a strict and standardized admission mechanism for participating enterprises. Comprehensive screening is conducted in terms of corporate qualification, foundation of school-enterprise cooperation, industry reputation, salary and benefits, and career development space, so as to select high-quality, stable and promising jobs for students.

During the preparation period, the school also carried out a series of activities such as Professional Managers Enter Classrooms and Pass the Torch – Alumni Guidance, helping students polish job-hunting skills and precisely connect with corporate resources, effectively enhancing their competitiveness and job matching rate.
This job fair not only built an efficient platform for enterprises to recruit outstanding talents in hotel management, but also broadened employment channels for students and supported accurate job matching, effectively promoting the solid progress of student employment and internship programs.
