On April 14, the college held the Integration of Industry and Education · Craftsmanship Conveys Warmth donation ceremony for Combi Ovens sponsored by Qingdao Aobosheng at Hismile Digital Hotel.
President Han Xiqing，Zhang Xiekun, General Manager of Qingdao Aobotek Safety Equipment Co., Ltd., Hou Yaming, Technical Director of Qingdao Aobosheng Kitchen Equipment Co., Ltd., and Wu Yulin, Sales Director, attended the event.
At the ceremony, on behalf of the college, President Han Xiqing extended sincere gratitude to the two enterprises for their commitment to vocational education development and support for talent training. He stated that industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation are the cornerstones of modern vocational education, as well as the core approach for higher vocational colleges to deepen connotation construction and achieve high-quality development.
The college will further improve the long-term mechanism of collaborative talent cultivation between schools and enterprises, ensure standardized and effective application of training equipment, maximize their teaching value and exemplary role, and continuously cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents tailored to industrial needs.
In his speech, Zhang Xiekun noted that supporting the development of higher vocational education is an unshirkable social responsibility of enterprises.
This donation serves as a practical initiative for the enterprise to fulfill public welfare commitments and give back to society, and also a concrete action to deepen school-enterprise cooperation and support the college’s Double High-level Construction.
The enterprise will strengthen in-depth cooperation with the college in talent training, training base co-construction and technological research and development, to jointly boost the high-quality development of catering and tourism vocational education.
During the event, Han Xiqing and Zhang Xiekun, General Manager of Qingdao Aobotek Safety Equipment Co., Ltd., jointly unveiled the donated equipment.
Ma Wenhui, Director of the General Services Department, and Hou Yaming, Technical Director of Qingdao Aobosheng Kitchen Equipment Co., Ltd.,signed the donation agreement on behalf of the two parties.
Leng Xueyan, Dean of the School of Hostelity Management, presented a donation certificate and souvenirs to Wu Yulin, Sales Director.
After the ceremony, Zhang Xiekun and his entourage visited and inspected Hismile Digital Hotel, the International Cruise Service Management Training Room and the Training Center of the Culinary Arts College, to gain an in-depth understanding of the college’s practical teaching development, characteristic major construction and talent cultivation achievements.
