Wu Li, Vice President of the World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry, visited the college for work exchanges on March 26.
President Han Xiqing extended a warm welcome to Wu Li and gave a detailed introduction to the college's development history, specialty construction, talent cultivation and so on. He expressed the hope that both sides would leverage the advantages of their professional platforms, actively promote the export of Chinese catering vocational education standards and two-way exchanges of professional talents, and continuously enhance the international influence of the college's catering-related programs.
Wu Li spoke highly of the college's achievements in the dissemination and exchange of food culture, talent cultivation for the catering industry, and international education.
The two sides held in-depth discussions and reached broad consensus on topics including the international communication of Chinese catering culture, the high-quality development of catering vocational education, and the deepening of industry-education integration.
Wu Li and his delegation visited teaching and training facilities such as the Hismile Digital Hotel Training Center, the School of Culinary Arts Training Center, and the Handicraft Aesthetics Education Center.
