To mark the 31st World Tuberculosis Day (March 24), we held a series of health education activities from March 22 to 24, organized by the General Affairs Office and the School of Business Administration.

Engaging On-Campus Promotion

On March 22, the Red Cross Society held a themed event “United Action, Full Commitment, Public Participation, End TB” on the football field. Through interactive games and exhibitions, students learned about TB, influenza, norovirus and other spring infectious diseases, raising awareness of self-protection.

Volunteer Outreach to Primary Schools

On March 23, student volunteers from the college Health Lecture Group, together with staff from Licang District Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), gave a lecture on spring infectious disease prevention at Binchuan Road Primary School with fun interactive sessions.

Professional Lecture by CDC Experts

On March 24, Mr. Xie Chengshun, Chief of the Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Section of Licang CDC, delivered a lecture on TB, AIDS and foodborne diseases, emphasizing healthy habits and regular routines for college students.

These activities strengthened campus epidemic prevention and embodied the college’s social responsibility.
