The inauguration ceremony of Lushang Modern City Services Institute, a joint initiative between the college and Lushang Living Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Lushang Living Services), was held in the Academic Lecture Hall on December 4.
Diao Hongbin, Party Secretary of the college, attended the ceremony. He expressed gratitude to Lushang Living Services for its long-standing attention and support to the college’s educational endeavors and extended congratulations on the official launch of the Institute.
He noted that the college attaches great importance to the integrated development of its education sector. The joint establishment of the modern industrial college with Lushang Living Services is a mandated measure to advance the coordinated development of the Group’s industrial layout, as well as a milestone achievement in integrating the college’s professional clusters into the Group’s industrial development strategy.
The college will leverage the college as a high-quality platform, with the Modern Property Management program as its core, relevant programs along the upstream and downstream industrial chains as support, and the business operations of Lushang Living Services Qingdao Branch as the entry point. Efforts will be focused on smart community services and urban space operation to accelerate the implementation of key development initiatives.
Ning Daoju, Deputy Party Secretary, Director, and General Manager of Lushang Living Services, stated that the company places high priority on industry-education integration and university-enterprise collaboration, and is fully committed to facilitating the integrated development of the education sector. He emphasized that the Modern Property Management program has ranked first for three consecutive years in the Golden Apple Higher Vocational College Rankings for Modern Property Management, which provides solid confidence and support for Lushang Living Services to build a high-standard industrial college and cultivate more high-skilled professionals for urban services.
Lushang Living Services will take the college as a carrier to co-develop courses based on real-world enterprise challenges, and collaborate with the college to align talent training closely with industry demands. This will enable students to gain hands-on experience with real projects and cutting-edge technologies, enhancing the relevance and adaptability of talent cultivation.
The two parties will work together to establish the QVTCHM- Lushang Living Services industry-education integration model, setting a benchmark for university-enterprise cooperation.
During the ceremony, Diao Hongbin and Ning Daoju jointly unveiled the plaque for Lushang Modern Urban Services College and witnessed the official signing of the cooperation agreement for the joint construction of the modern industrial institute by representatives from both sides.
Diao Hongbin presented Ning Daoju with the appointment letter as the Industrial Dean, and awarded letters of appointment to enterprise experts including Cai Xianfeng as Enterprise Mentors. In return, Ning Daoju issued appointment letters to college faculty members such as Xue Lu as Technical Consultants.
The event also featured the inauguration of the Dual-Qualified Teacher Training Base of the Institute. Additionally, the General Party Branch of the School of Hotel Engineering and the Party Branch of Lushang Living Services Qingdao Branch signed a Party building cooperation agreement, forming a paired Party building unit and unveiling the joint plaque.
The inauguration marks the further improvement of the industrial institute’s organizational structure and operational mechanisms, officially launching its full-scale independent operation.
