Pavarna Bodhikun Vocational College in Thailand sent a thank-you letter to the college recently, expressing gratitude for the contributions made in educational assistance efforts.
The letter highlighted that Wang Jianming, the college's dispatched teacher to Thailand, has fully shared his professional expertise in teaching by integrating the dietary cultural characteristics of China and Thailand. He has proactively organized various cultural exchange activities, which have promoted cross-cultural communication among students and enhanced the influence of both colleges in international educational cooperation.
In response to a request from Pavarna Bodhikun Vocational College, the college selected Wang Jianming, a teacher from the School of Culinary Arts, to conduct educational support and collaboration in Thailand.
Leveraging the college's strengths in catering-related programs, the cooperation has achieved fruitful results focusing on the export of Chinese culinary curriculum standards, curriculum system development, and dietary cultural exchange.
The college will continuously improve the precision and effectiveness of international educational exchange and cooperation initiatives. We will strengthen resource coordination and sharing, actively explore pathways for teacher-student exchange visits between China and Thailand, joint construction of culinary training bases, and curriculum resource sharing, so as to develop new models for international cooperation and exchange in catering education.
