The collective meeting for 2025 Qingdao Top-tier Talents was held at the Municipal Government Conference Center on August 26. At the meeting, professor Zhu Guangli from the School of Art won the title of Qingdao Top-tier Talent.
Leading a team of teachers and students, Zhu Guangli has developed an integrated digital practical teaching system featuring industry-college-research-innovation-application. Focusing on research in the new technical field of digital transformation of the major, she has participated in and completed a number of national-level projects relying on the digital system and the K5 Shanhaijian Digital Holographic Exhibition Hall. This has provided support for the theoretical research and practice of related disciplines, set a model for the major to empower industrial development, and effectively promoted rural cultural revitalization and high-quality regional development.
Zhu Guangli has also led her team in establishing a Handicraft Aesthetic Education and Cultural Inheritance Center, and improved the traditional cultural base for Jiaodong Bobo Kezi (pastry molds) and the Qingdao Bobo Kezi Museum. These institutions have been awarded titles such as Qingdao Science Popularization Education Base and Shandong Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture Inheritance Base.
In addition, she has joined the Haier CosmoPlat Qingxiangyun Demonstration Platform Project. Giving full play to the digital function of intangible cultural heritage (ICH) plus art and technology, she has developed scientific and technological projects including a digital virtual museum, a digital Kezi craft experience platform, and a digital pattern database. She has also carried out an innovative practice model of scientific and technological innovation enriches life, and culture empowers industries. Through digital means, she has injected new vitality into the dissemination of traditional culture and provided important technical resources for the innovative development and creative transformation of traditional culture.
Taking this opportunity, the college will continue to thoroughly implement the talent-strengthening college strategy, further improve and optimize the teacher development support system, firmly establish the strategic position of talent leading development, and strive to build a high-quality dual-qualified teacher team with noble ethics and exquisite professional skills.
