On August 25th, Diao Hongbin, Secretary of the Party Committee of the college, delivered a special report titled “Exploration and Practice of an Innovative Talent Cultivation Model in Vocational Education Based on the Concept of In-depth Industry-Education Integration: ‘Enterprises Pose Questions, Schools and Enterprises Jointly Answer, and the Market Evaluates’”.
Starting from the macro background and urgent needs of the current teaching reform in vocational education, Diao Hongbin elaborated on the importance of deepening industry-education integration and solving the problem of “disconnection” between talent cultivation and industrial demands.
He pointed out that the model of “Enterprises Pose Questions, Schools and Enterprises Jointly Answer, and the Market Evaluates” has built a closed-loop system that takes real market demands as the starting point, school-enterprise collaborative education as the core, and final market value as the inspection standard. This model can effectively promote schools and enterprises to jointly solve problems and cultivate talents, and ultimately establish a new industry-education integration model featuring mutual benefit, win-win results and complementary advantages.
By presenting a series of successful practical exploration cases, Diao Hongbin conducted an in-depth analysis of each link, including “posing questions”, “jointly answering”, “market evaluation” and “review and reflection”. This not only set a good example for the school’s teachers to deepen the concept of industry-education integration, but also provided new ideas for the teaching reform oriented by “real enterprise practical projects”.
The college will carry out project-based learning around real industrial topics, with interdisciplinary support, integration of industry, education, science and innovation, and integration of positions, courses, projects and competitions, so as to cultivate future innovative high-skilled talents with systematic thinking, cross-border integration capabilities and comprehensive application capabilities.
