On May 15th, the college held the 2025 Campus Spring Job Fair which aimed to build a bridge for employment communication and achieve zero - distance docking between enterprises and graduates.
More than 420 high-quality enterprises including TEDA New Energy Co., Ltd., Shandong Weiqiao Venture Group Co., Ltd., and Goertek Inc. were invited to participate in the recruitment, providing more than 12,000 job positions. A total of more than 6,000 graduates from the classes of 2025 and 2026 attended the fair on site.
Through live broadcast of job recruitment on the Job Waiting for You column of Qingdao TV Station, continuous release of job information in the graduate communication group, and on-site interviews, the job positions were moved to the cloud, continuously expanding the employment channels for graduates.
At the recruitment site, each school set up a consultation office to provide thoughtful services for employers and students throughout the process and carry out targeted communication and cooperation.
